MTM Party

Thanks very much for the home and hospitality to Rob La Moreaux. A good group enjoyed the camaraderie. Bench racing was fun, as was the slot car racing.

Food was great and fortunately each person did not bring too much.

Thanks Rob

MTM Member Invasion

On St. Patrick’s Day, MTM members from Cincinnati, Chicago, Windsor, South Bend and Kalamazoo attended the Advanced Worker Training and fire school put on by Milwaukee, Chicago and Blackhawk Valley Regions. It was a great program that was well attended by more than 80 people including Stewards and Drivers.

Inter-Region cooperation put on a great show, breakfast and lunch plus granted certificates. Many thanks to CHI/BVR/MIL for their hospitality.

Many participants enjoyed the worker appreciation party held the next day by a driver at his Ferrari dealership in Lake Forest IL. This has been a Chicago Region tradition for ten years.

Shameless promotion

Don’t forget the Valvoline RunoffsÒ date has been moved up to warmer weather. Reserve September 17 – 23. A great deal of fun is had by all. The F&C volunteer contingent is the largest and they need 205 volunteers to ensure staffing for the entire week. Practice, qualifying and 25 great races all in one location. Who could ask for more?
