SCCA President's Corner 

Givers

Since this is the December issue, I wanted this President's Corner to tie into the holidays.  I could think of no better way than tot alk about our SCCA volunteers.  It seems as though the SCCA volunteers are in the Christmas spirit 12 months of the year.

•  They give to the SCCA Corporate offices

•  They give to the local racetracks

•  They give to the Regions of which they are members (and often times, to Regions of which they are not members)

•  They give to CART, IRL, Formula 1, NASCAR and others

•  They give to SCCA Pro Racing, Solo and Rally

•  They give to the SCCA members

•  They give to local charities

"To all of our volunteers, it is time for you to receive thanks for what you do!"

  I have not heard from the other sanctioning bodies (no surprise), but I can tell you in all sincerity, thank you from the entire SCCA team.  We couldn't do it without you!
