Letters from Our Friends

Hi Lynn,  don't know if you remember me from a few years back working F&C, but I'm sure you remember my son Tim.

Early this year, Tim was diagnosed with ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease).  The disease has progressed rapidly and he no longer has the use of his hands or arms.  He can still take a few steps on his own, but for the most part is wheelchair bound, and must be lifted into and out of chairs, etc.

If there are still people around who remember Tim (F&C and drivers who were for and aft of him when he raced) and would like to email him his address is: martenstm@netscape.net.  Tim still has his crazy sense of humor and is still as witty as ever.  I'm sure he'd like to hear from those who would like to email him.

As for me, I have happy memories of those weekends spent at Waterford.  I'm grateful for the time spent with Tim, & his brother Dave, at the track working corners and before that crewing for Tim & Dave and Wanda Wheeler.  Good Times!  I worked with a lot of great folks there.

Judy Martens
